SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). 

Once a package is handed off to USPS, it is out of our control.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. While we’re happy to guide you, we are unable to file claims or offer replacements once the item has left our studio.

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–4 business days to arrive.
