We do our best to treat, rework, and dry clean every item with care before it reaches you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Exchanges may be requested within 4 days of receiving your order.
Only items of equal value are eligible for exchange. Price differences will not be refunded — instead, any balance will be applied as store credit. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
