Refund policy

Due to the one-of-one and reworked nature of MADUA BUCHI pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Each garment is created from carefully sourced vintage or pre-existing pieces and may show subtle signs of its previous life. Minor variations, markings, or imperfections are part of the garment’s history and are not considered defects. Any significant imperfections will be disclosed in the product description.

Please review all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and sizing information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece before placing your order, please contact us.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

MADUA BUCHI reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a refund or replacement where permitted by applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS

Because each piece is one-of-one and is removed from availability once purchased, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
